“The Hill”.   Words that most of us don’t focus on too much, until we’re standing on top of it.  Suddenly our perspective changes and we are faced with different kinds of decisions, as well as our own mortality, health and wellness.  How will I prolong the inevitable?  Can I still get stronger?   Will I be able to build muscle and strength at this stage in life and at what level?  I’m here to tell you that you can.  I can say this from my own personal experience.  I can say this, based on results and the fact that the personal journey for me continues as we speak.   On this blog, I will address these concepts. Commentary and Q & A are welcome.  I hope to help and inspire others not to ignore the fire inside and embrace that desire to move on to another level.  We will squash the nay-sayers and evolve to a better you.  This blog will include videos that I have found beneficial in my journey, as well as vlogs that I will create myself.   Do you want to be a beast, or just feel better about yourself in general?  Do you want more confidence?  Lets “Push Till Failure”.
